Vendor Places Order

Vendor selects products, specifies quantities, and confirms the bulk order through the mobile app.

Order Validation

System checks: Is vendor approved? Is stock available? Is payment method valid?

Inventory Reserved

System temporarily reserves stock to prevent overselling while payment is being processed.

Payment Processing

Payment gateway processes payment. On success → Order confirmed. On failure → Inventory released.

Supplier Notification

Supplier receives order details via push notification and can review the order in their dashboard.

Warehouse Fulfillment

Warehouse picks items, packs them, generates shipping label, and updates shipment tracking.

Shipment Delivered

Vendor receives the order. Delivery is confirmed and status is updated in the system.
